Using the Reports
Most reports provide a collection of dropdown lists (parameters) that enable you
to view the data by state/territory, financial year, law type and funding category. Select the
information you are interested in and then click the View Report
button located on the right-side of the report.
The report toolbar appears under the report parameters area. It contains icons for navigation, word search,
font resizing, file export and printing.
Reports will often have more than one page. Use the navigation icons on the
toolbar to move from page to page.
Files can be
exported in a number of different formats. Click this icon on the report viewer
to export the report.
Click the printer
icon to print a report. On first use the print control will install an add-on to
access your printer. If you receive a 'Client Print Fails to Load' error please
contact your Network Administrator. As an alternative to using the print
function, use the
export icon to export
your report to Word or Excel for printing.
If the report you have selected fails to load data, click View Report.
If there
is a problem loading a report, please contact the NLA Legal Aid Directors' Secretariat.
